Dynair FCP ATEX – FCP-V ATEX Single-speed centrifugal roof fans

These fans are the special ATEX versions of the FCP and FCP-V series of centrifugal roof fans, designed to be used in potentially explosive or flammable environments, equipped with an ATEX certification. These fans are certified by the IMQ, according to ATEX directive 2014/34/EU. They are suitable for extracting clean air between -20°C and +40°C, in zone 1/21, areas which require high security against explosions and fire due to the presence of flammable gases (II2G) or dust (II2D). These devices are designed for direct or ducted extraction in residential or industrial buildings, available in both horizontal (FCP ATX) and vertical discharge (FCP-V ATX) versions.

Construction:

  • Mounting plate made from galvanized steel.
  • Inlet protection guard made from micro-stretched galvanized sheet, covered in a weatherproof coating, compliant with EN ISO 12499: 2009 and UNI 80079-37-2016 standards.
  • High efficiency, low noise, backward curved blade impeller made from galvanized steel sheet, statically and dynamically balanced statically and dynamically according to ISO 1940 standards.
  • Upper cover made from ABS plastic, featuring cooling slots for the motor.
  • Motor separated from the airflow path.
  • Outer deflector made from ABS plastic (only on FCP-V version)
  • Single-, or three-phase asynchronous ATEX motors in B5 standard shape, with IP55 grade protection and class F insulation, CE marked, compliant with the following standards: IEC 60034, IEC 60072, ATEX 2014/34/UE, EMC 2014/30/UE, LVD 2014/35/UE. Suitable for continuous “S1” service at constant load.
