Dynair PR-AC Centrifugal fans in plastic material

The PR-AC series of fans were deisgned specifically to convey smoke and corrosive vapours, or high humidity gases with fluid particles. Designed to operate with low noise, and high efficieny  between -15°C and +70°C, the PR-AC features a centrifugal, backward curved fan, manufactured with great precision, in order to last a long time. The recyclable materials of the PR-AC fan make it easily disposable once its lifetime is finished.

Construction:

  • Polyethylene volute casing.
  • Single inlet impeller, made out of polypropylene, with backward curved blades, and an aluminium hub (protected from the vapours and corrosive gases).
  • Steel motor support, coverd in epoxy paint.
  • Single-, or three-phase asynchronous motors, with IP55 protection and class F insulation, CE marked, compliant with the following standards: IEC 60034, IEC 60072, EMC 2004/108/CE, LVD 2006/95/CE. Suitable for continuous „S1” service at constant load. Available in B3 or B5 standard shapes.

Accessories:

  • Inlet and outlet protection guard, compliant with the UNI 10615 standard.
  • Anti-vibration joint made out of PVC, on both the inlet and outlet sides.
  • Gravity shutter.
  • Manual setting shutter.

Available upon request:

  • Version with casing made of Polypropylene (PR-AC/PP)
  • Version with casing made of PER, anti-static and self-extinguishing polyethylene (PR-AC/PER)
  • Stainless steel AISI304 motor support.
  • ATEX version, compliant with directives 94/9/CE and 2014/34/UE.
