DYNAIR PR-AC ATEX Centrifugal fans in plastic material

The PR-AC ATX is the special ATEX version of the PR-AC series, suitable for extraction smoke, or humid and corrosive (but not abrasive) vapours between -20°C and +40°C. The materials and specific components used make these fans suitable for use in plants listed in the ATEX directive 2014/34/EU. These devices are particularly ideal in zone 2 (3G) and zone 22 (3D). The backward curved blade impeller provides low noise operation while maintaining high efficiency. When its lifetime is finished, the PR-AC ATX fan can be easily recycled thanks to the materials it is made of.

  • Polyethylene volute.
  • Single inlet, backward curved blade polypropylene impeller.
  • Aluminium hub, protected from the vapours.
  • Steel motor support, painted in epoxy.
  • Single-, or three-phase asynchronous motors, with IP55 grade protection, class F insulation, CE marked, compliant with the following standards: IEC 60034, IEC 60072, EMC 2004/108/Ce, LVD 2006/95/CE.  ATEX certification for explosive environments cat.G group II, thermal class T4, flame protection EX D. Suitable for continuous S1 service at constant load, available in B3 or B5 standard shapes.

Accessories:

  • Inlet protection guard, compliant with the UNI 10615 standard.
  • Anti-vibration joint made out of PVC, on both the inlet and outlet sides.
  • Gravity shutter.
  • Manual setting shutter.

Available upon request:

  • ATEX II3GD version.
  • AISI304 stainless steel motor support.
  • Asynchronous single-phase ATEX motor with same characteristics as three-phase version.
